Reston, VA – Trillion Technology Solutions, Inc. (TRILLION) was awarded a 4-year contract by Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO) to provide implementation, sustainment services, upgrades (software and hardware), and enhancements for the Enterprise Coordination and Approval Processing Systems (eCAPS) system and supporting its interfaces with other mission-critical FEMA applications. eCAPS enable the creation, coordination, and approvals processing of funding commitments and obligation documents and are operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in support of FEMA’s mission.
