Sept 6, 2019, Reston, Va. – TRILLION Technology Solutions Inc. announced that it has been awarded a five year contract with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate to support the Office of Industry Partnership (OIP) to modernize, maintain and operate their end-to-end proposal management portal. The OIP Portal is by DHS S&T Program Managers to publish solicitations and manager proposal process for Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR), Broad Agency Announcements (BAA) and Silicone Valley Innovation Program (SVIP).
With the use of open-source products and Amazon GovCloud offerings the system TRILLION Technology Solutions will build will be modular, resilient and intuitive allowing for DHS S&T to provide a public portal for the industries and companies looking to partner with DHS to find and apply opportunities to meet the nation’s top research and development needs. In addition the portal will be robust and flexible for OIP Program Managers, allowing them to adapt the proposal management process for each solicitation.
