Trillion Technology is currently hiring for a Principal Systems Engineer who will support multiple projects for TRILLION based in the Federal Government: Work with key Federal clients in the areas of IT, Engineering and Operations. Primary responsibilities include performing analysis, documentation, training and guidance. In coordination with system SMES, document and deliver training support, user guides, Tier II support and COOP support services. Working with other team-members, this position will proactively review and document system changes, risks and issues.
Requirements:
- 6-8 yrs. of related Electronic, RF Communications Engineering experience or IT technical engineering experience.
- 4-6 years professional experience, preferably gained in the Federal sector, Software Development Community, or Infrastructure
- 4-6 years IT Systems maintenance, analysis and documentation experience. Documenting and reporting at all levels of an organization both internally and externally.
- Experience developing and presenting process documents and training to external users.
- 3-5 years experience performing Spectrum analysis.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with RF, Line of Site spectrum coverage and analysis.
- Experience with development and testing in Cloud, DevOps & Agile environments
- Experience in monitoring, documenting and updating Policies and POA&Ms.
Job Duties:
- 50%- Respond, document, discuss and support IT issues proactively
- 30%- Tier II support of end users troubleshooting and system maintenance. Analysis and documentation of common issues
- 20%- Develop and conduct training on RCAS applications
